MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
We are looking for an enthusiastic, independently working, production manager with proven experience in the finishing of carton packaging, especially hand made boxes and corrugated boxes. Some of the tasks and responsibilities of the successful candidate will be:
Development:
Collect and analyse all information about a product inquiry
Control sampling process
Follow up manufacturing and delivery process
Quality Control:
Carry out QC checks, approve and inspect printing and finishing
Ensure final quality of product
Support problem solving and root cause identification
Supply and Planning:
Making and keeping precise manufacturing schedules
Manage sub-suppliers to keep quality, quantity and delivery date of the product
Co-ordinate with logistics and accountant team for relating shipment documents
Control stock quantity at supplier’s factory

YÊU CẦU KHÁC
Bachelor degree in Printing/Packaging (preferably major in finishing)
At least 04 years of experience in Paper Packaging
Excellent knowledge in the field of hand made boxes
Good knowledge of offset printing process and packaging materials
Good written and verbal english skills
Good computer skills (Mac OS is preferred), Microsoft Office
Ability to manage package development activities from concept to final product.
Adhere to deadlines and priority of work.
Ready to make decisions and take responsibility for it.
